Glycoz
Your blood sugar, written down properly.
Glycoz records every reading, dose and medicine on your phone — and works whether or not you have signal. When you are ready, connect your doctor and they see the same log you do.
Free. No ads. Works offline. Your readings stay on your phone until you choose otherwise.

Most diabetes apps ask you to trust a server. This one asks your phone first.
Every reading is written to your phone the moment you save it. No spinner, no "sync failed", no lost entry because the lift had no signal. The server is a backup and a bridge to your doctor — never the thing standing between you and your own record.

Fifteen things you can track. Turn off the ones you don't.
Glycoz starts with blood sugar and gets out of your way. Everything else — insulin, blood pressure, weight, water, walking — is a switch. Turn a module off and it disappears: from the home screen, from your reports, and from what your doctor can see.

Blood sugar is the only one you cannot switch off. It is why the app exists.

A reminder you can sleep through is not a reminder.
Medicine alarms take over the whole screen, the way your alarm clock does — not a notification that joins a queue of forty others. Mark it taken, or snooze it, without unlocking.
It fires with the app closed, after a restart, and with no internet, because it is scheduled on the phone rather than pushed from a server.
When you are ready, your doctor sees the same log.
Not a screenshot you took, not what you remember in the chair. Your actual readings, with the times you actually took them.
You start it — by entering a code they give you, inside your own account. You choose what they see, one category at a time. You can end it in a tap, and they lose access immediately.

3. Doctor sees the log

Four things your doctor can never see.
Your conversations with the AI assistant.
Not withheld by a setting — there is no screen in the doctor's panel that can show them.
Anything you have switched off.
Withhold your weight and the weight section is not "empty" for them, it is absent.
Your password.
Doctors invite; they never create your account and never hold your credentials.
Anything at all, after you disconnect.
Access ends with the tap, not at the end of the month.
And one thing you can see that they cannot hide: every record they open is logged.
Three steps, about four minutes.
- 1
Install it — Android, free, no account needed to start logging.
- 2
Log a reading — the number, and whether it was before or after food.
- 3
Connect your doctor, if you want to — or don't. The app is complete without it.
Are you a clinician?
Glycoz for Clinicians is a web panel where your connected patients' readings appear as they recorded them. No app to install, nothing to integrate, and you never hold a patient's password.
